Do you like to cook? If so, come learn from our experienced instructor! In this class you will learn some tips that will help you in the kitchen! Learning how to safely use a knife, different cooking methods, kitchen science, and kitchen safety and sanitation are just a few of the things you will learn! Join us and sharpen your culinary knowledge and skills!
Supplies: Students are encouraged to bring a cloth apron from home each day. Disposable aprons will be available in the classroom. We also invite you to bring a reusable plastic container each day so that you can transport your culinary creations home. As an alternative, we will have disposable to-go boxes available.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL: We will align our health and safety practices with any/all COVID-19 precautions in place at FTCC during the summer. A detailed description of requirements and expectations – including drop-off and pick-up procedures – will be emailed to parent/guardian email address provided during registration no later than May 23, 2022.
-2022 Summerscapes registration opens at 8:00 am on March 15.
-Online registration will close at 4:45 pm two business days prior to the start date OR when the class is full.
-Once a class is full, the dates for that class will be removed from the table below.
