Making smart nutritional choices when you are young will help you to be strong, happy, and healthy for the rest of your life! Come and learn how to prepare well balanced meals by knowing what foods and ingredients to pair together to promote living a healthier life!
Supplies: Students are encouraged to bring a cloth apron from home each day. Disposable aprons will be available in the classroom. We also invite you to bring a reusable plastic container each day so that you can transport your culinary creations home. As an alternative, we will have disposable to-go boxes available.

Please note that this 3-session class will meet for 4 hours at a time on Mon. 8/12, Tues. 8/13, & Wed. 8/14. Class will not meet on Thurs. 8/15.
REGISTRATION INFO:
-Your student’s FTCC ID number is required in order for your online registration to be processed. To obtain your student’s FTCC ID number, please email summerscapes@faytechcc.edu with your student’s legal first name, last name, and date of birth.
-Online registration will close at 4:45 pm two business days prior to the start date OR when the class is full.
-Once a class is full, the dates for that class will be removed from this site.
-If you are interested in being added to the waiting list for a class, please call us at (910) 678-8309.
-Instructors and classroom locations are subject to change. A few days prior to the class start date, a reminder email will be sent to parents/guardians with final details.
