Creating a portrait that can display the likeness, personality, and even the mood of a person is no easy feat. In this course, however, you will gain the skills to do just that. The instructor will guide you through exercises designed to increase your anatomical and realistic drawing abilities. By applying the principles, elements, techniques and conceptual approaches of portrait drawing, you will gain confidence in your ability to create a beautiful portrait.

SUPPLIES: No later than 10 days prior to the start date, a supply list will be emailed to the parent/guardian email address provided during registration. Please anticipate spending approximately $5-$50 on supplies, depending on the subject matter.
REGISTRATION INFO:
-Your student’s FTCC ID number is required in order for your online registration to be processed. To obtain your student’s FTCC ID number, please email summerscapes@faytechcc.edu with your student’s legal first name, last name, and date of birth.
-Online registration will close at 4:45 pm two business days prior to the start date OR when the class is full.
-Once a class is full, the dates for that class will be removed from this site.
-If you are interested in being added to the waiting list for a class, please call us at (910) 678-8309.
-Instructors and classroom locations are subject to change. A few days prior to the class start date, a reminder email will be sent to parents/guardians with final details.
