Are you always asking the question, “What’s for dinner?” Take charge and learn how to meal plan and prepare for your own family! In this class, you will learn how to plan a menu and prepare dinner for yourself and your family at home. Join us and learn how to help out and create your dinners of YOUR choice!

Supplies: Students are encouraged to bring a cloth apron from home each day. Disposable aprons will be available in the classroom. We also invite you to bring a reusable plastic container each day so that you can transport your culinary creations home. As an alternative, we will have disposable to-go boxes available.

REGISTRATION INFO:

-Your student’s FTCC ID number is required in order for your online registration to be processed. To obtain your student’s FTCC ID number, please email summerscapes@faytechcc.edu with your student’s legal first name, last name, and date of birth. 

-Online registration will close at 4:45 pm two business days prior to the start date OR when the class is full.

-Once a class is full, the dates for that class will be removed from this site.

-If you are interested in being added to the waiting list for a class, please call us at (910) 678-8309.

-Instructors and classroom locations are subject to change. A few days prior to the class start date, a reminder email will be sent to parents/guardians with final details.
