Who doesn’t love yummy pizza? Join us in a hands-on pizza class and learn how to build a pie completely from scratch! From homemade dough to fresh marinara sauce, your pizzas will taste spectacular! You will also learn unconventional ways to build pizzas such as using cauliflower for crusts and apples for toppings. A pizza party is the perfect way to spend your summer day!

Supplies: Students are encouraged to bring a cloth apron from home each day. Disposable aprons will be available in the classroom. We also invite you to bring a reusable plastic container each day so that you can transport your culinary creations home. As an alternative, we will have disposable to-go boxes available.

Please note that this 2-day class will only meet on Mon. 6/17 & Tues. 6/18.


-Your student’s FTCC ID number is required in order for your online registration to be processed. To obtain your student’s FTCC ID number, please email summerscapes@faytechcc.edu with your student’s legal first name, last name, and date of birth. 

-Online registration will close at 4:45 pm two business days prior to the start date OR when the class is full.

-Once a class is full, the dates for that class will be removed from this site.

-If you are interested in being added to the waiting list for a class, please call us at (910) 678-8309.

-Instructors and classroom locations are subject to change. A few days prior to the class start date, a reminder email will be sent to parents/guardians with final details.
