Yoga is a great exercise for the body and mind, and it will increase your awareness and your ability to reflect. Take a break from it all and join us to de-stress and have a wonderful yoga practice.
NOTE: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class each day.

REGISTRATION INFO:
-Your student’s FTCC ID number is required in order for your online registration to be processed. To obtain your student’s FTCC ID number, please email summerscapes@faytechcc.edu with your student’s legal first name, last name, and date of birth.
-Online registration will close at 4:45 pm two business days prior to the start date OR when the class is full.
-Once a class is full, the dates for that class will be removed from this site.
-If you are interested in being added to the waiting list for a class, please call us at (910) 678-8309.
-Instructors and classroom locations are subject to change. A few days prior to the class start date, a reminder email will be sent to parents/guardians with final details.
